Payment must be made by the agreed method and within the specified timeframe. Ownership transfer and delivery arrangements proceed only after full payment is confirmed.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the nature of vehicle sales and international exports, cancellations or refunds are generally not accepted once a contract has been concluded. Exceptions may be considered only in cases of material breach by Beat Motors, subject to mutual agreement.

6. Export and International Transactions

For export transactions, customers are responsible for understanding and complying with import regulations, taxes, and requirements in the destination country. We may assist with documentation and logistics, but we do not guarantee approval by overseas authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beat Motors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or purchased vehicles.
